Six group departures go out every month from September through May: Sundays on the 5-day itinerary, Thursdays on the 6-day. Through the monsoon we take private trips on request only, because the trail is wet, the views are gone, and the risk is not one we will put a scheduled group into. We send back the available group dates for that window, with the trip, the group size, and a fixed quote. A departure is guaranteed once the minimum group size is met; small groups still run.
A 30 % advance holds your spot on that date, your guide, and your teahouse rooms. The balance is paid in Kathmandu before the trip starts.
Meet the group at the Kathmandu briefing, then travel to Pokhara and the trailhead together. Solo travellers are welcome; most of our groups are a mix.

The monsoon is the season we do not schedule. Rain makes the stone steps slick, cloud takes the mountains away for days at a time, and landslide risk on the road in is real. We run private trips on request for trekkers who understand that trade, and we will tell you honestly if we think you should wait.
