From September through May, most weeks the 5-day leaves on a Sunday and the 6-day on a Thursday, plus extra dates as groups form. Through the monsoon we take private trips on request only, because the trail is wet, the views are gone, and the risk is not one we will put a scheduled group into. Every date through May 2027 is listed below.

A date that is not fixed yet needs at least two people booking together. Once a booking is paid, the date is Guaranteed: it runs, and anyone can join, even on their own. Travelling alone? Join a Guaranteed date or book a private trip. If no date suits you, message us on WhatsApp.
A 20 % deposit by card holds your spot on that date, your guide, and your teahouse rooms. The balance is paid in Kathmandu before the trip starts.
Meet the group at the Kathmandu briefing, then travel to Pokhara and the trailhead together. Solo travellers are welcome on Guaranteed dates; most of our groups are a mix.
At least one traveller has paid for each of these dates, so they run. Join alone or with friends. You pay the price shown, or less if three or more of you book together.

Dates fill from the top of each season. If the one you want is gone, or you need a length that is not scheduled that week, we run the same itineraries privately on any date. Rates by group size are on group booking.
Most weeks the 5-day leaves on a Sunday and the 6-day on a Thursday, autumn through winter to spring, and we add extra dates when groups ask. Autumn and spring fill first, so book those further ahead. Scheduled dates avoid the main days of Dashain and Tihar, when our guides and porters are at home. Some extra dates requested by groups may not.
The monsoon is the season we do not schedule. Rain makes the stone steps slick, cloud takes the mountains away for days at a time, and landslide risk on the road in is real. We run private trips on request for trekkers who understand that trade, and we will tell you honestly if we think you should wait.

Share the trail and the cost with a small group on a set date. Solo travellers are welcome on any Guaranteed date and pay the two-person rate. Groups stay small, with a real guide-to-trekker ratio. The cheapest way to trek alone, and the easiest way to meet other walkers.
Just your own party and your own guide. Pick the pace, add rest days, combine it with a helicopter leg. Private costs 5% more per person than the group rate for your party size, and going private on your own costs the 1-person rate. Book it online on any date in the calendar, or message us for other dates. A private trip never stops others joining the group on that date. Per-person rates by group size are published on group booking.
